Network and Procurement Manager CEE- POSITION SUMMARY

This position is aimed to deliver the full scope management of assistance medical and non-medical providers network in line with business requirements, ensure proper procurement of the other company providers, facility and internal asset management incl. all respective process and administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. International medical and non – medical CEE network management, when focusing on:
- external costs and Continual Average Indemnity management
- close cooperation with respective central teams esp. Motor, Home and Medical LOBs (lines of business)
- IMN, IMA GSH alignment and compliance with IMA rules
- CEE „Money factory“ project management and continuous improvement
- implementation, execution and monitoring of internal controls on time within the functional responsibilities
2. CEE internal procurement of external providers for assets and services esp. in functional areas of IT, office, operations non-network supplies, HR and finance incl. review/setup of respective processes and systems
3. CEE facility and internal asset management for all company locations (PRG, OVA, WAW) incl. BCP facility part, when focusing on:
- contract and relationship management with landlords and other suppliers
- contract d-base management
- document Management System (DMS) set-up and maintenance
- car fleet and telephony HW management

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• keeping budgets and other financial limits and indicators
• quantitative and qualitative targets set for performance of medical and non-medical networks
• deliver projects in line with the project plans approved
• other KPIs as set by the superior

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCES and SKILLS

• significant experience in leading the procurement function in an international environment
• knowledge of economic or business processes in health care
• technical skills such as negotiation, financial planning, investment, process, project and relationship management
• knowledge of regulatory and market environments
• result orientation and self-motivation
• problem solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• excellent communication, organizational and management skills
• very good command in English, Polish as an advantage
