Assistance Operations Manager

Your key Responsibilities will be:

• daily management of the respective assistance units including subordinate Supervisors, Team Leaders and staff
• monitor and evaluate on daily bases and deliver the core operational KPIs (such productivity, costs, quality of calls, customer satisfaction etc.), when taking corrective actions, if needed
• ensure the implementation of new products, or changes with the current ones in line with their parameters and timeframe esp. coordinate the products´ launches, product lifecycle processes and KPIs definitions
• Ensure proper performance management, development and training of the assigned subordinates, be personally involved in quality checks of their daily work routines and take necessary actions to keep high quality standards there
• Monitor and proactively influence employee engagement, motivation and retention of his team as measured by employee NPS
• communicate proactively within his organization as well as with the other departments (esp. HR, finance, sales, and IT) to ensure smooth cooperation and effective problem solving

For this role make you fit if you have:

• readiness to work in Ostrava on permanent bases
• minimum 2-3 years’ experience, overall orientation and sound results in managing assistance call center operations, when focusing on quality of daily operational standards achieved thru engaged staff
• very good analytical skills and understanding of operational reports
• Czech, or Polish native speaker, proficiency in the other language is greatly welcomed
• very good command in English (min B2)
• strong management, technical and influencing skills
• mature personality with business acumen proven in international environment
• Experience in insurance is an advantage
